Radu is the founder and managing partner of Delacroix Partners LLC. His vision has always been to bring together the greatest minds in strategy and market research to deliver the highest value possible to his clients. He has 20+ years of experience consulting to senior executives at IT services, hardware, software, on-line media companies and a range of other technology based businesses. He is known to bring unique clarity to solve complex business problems.
Prior to Delacroix Partners LLC, Radu was a Senior Principal in the Communications, Media and Technology group of Oliver Wyman (formerly Mercer Management Consulting) . Radu has also been Board Director and member of the executive turnaround team at eMagin Corporation and a Principal at Ameriquest Capital, a private equity firm focused on mid-market companies. He also acted in interim executive management roles at Railmarketplace and an EDS venture.
John Calhoun has been consulting to the technology industry for over 25 years. He was a Partner and Office Head for 8 years at Oliver Wyman (formerly Mercer Management Consulting). Prior to that, Mr. Calhoun was a Senior Partner and Board Member of The McKenna Group, a management consultancy based in Silicon Valley focused on developing growth strategy for technology companies. John has consulted to the global leaders in every sector, including Google, Splunk, SAP, Microsoft, and Dell as well as to many small to mid cap technology vendors. His areas of focus include business design, growth strategy, go-to-market strategy, and strategic positioning. Mr. Calhoun has several high profile successes in helping clients to identify new market opportunities and to define and own a new market category.
Prof. Dr. Kai-Markus Müller – an entrepreneur, neuroscientist and the founder of The Neuromarketing Labs. Kai formerly worked as a management consultant with international strategy consultants Simon-Kucher & Partners with a focus on pricing and marketing strategies. Now a scientific entrepreneur and Professor for Consumer Behaviour, he aspires to transform cutting-edge technologies from neuroscience into applicable market research tools. Being a specialist in price, product and advertising research, he possesses many years of experience in the fields of pharmaceuticals, finances, industry and retail. Kai is also a popular and frequently booked keynote speaker. His recent book “NeuroPricing – how customers think about prices” was published in German in the fall of 2012.
